Alex Braginsky is the Artistic Director of the Musicians in Debut International (MIDI), as well as the Founding President and the Artistic Director of the International Piano e-Competition. Braginsky has recorded for DDF, Sound StarTone, and d’Note labels, and has appeared repeatedly on BBC, National Public Radio, RTB-BRT and other radio stations throughout the world.
Sally O’Reilly is known throughout the music world as a soloist, chamber musician, and pedagogue. Professor O’Reilly is the director of the Bravo! Summer String and Keyboard Institute at the University of Minnesota, and is on the faculty of Italy Summer Music, an exclusive course for advanced violinists held in Pienza each August.
Tanya Remenikova has given master classes in Europe, Asia, and the U.S., and premiered a number of new compositions, including a work dedicated to her by Judith Zaimont, “Tanya” Poems for Cello Solo. She is a recipient of the 2007 Master Teacher Studio Award from the Minnesota Chapter of the America String Teachers Association.
Käthe Jarka is a graduate of The Juilliard School, where she obtained both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees and was a scholarship student of Leonard Rose. She has performed in major concert venues across the United States, Canada, and in Europe as both a recitalist and chamber musician.
Immanuel Davis, who has been a professor at the University of Minnesota since 2001, is a highly demanded teacher. The Juilliard School graduate specializes in contemporary 20th-century flute and chamber repertoire, classical, and specialized breath techniques in flute performance.
Elinor Niemisto is the principal harpist with the Rochester (MN) Symphony and the LaCrosse (WI) Symphony. She teaches at both Carleton College and St. Olaf College in Northfield and has a wide age-range of students.
